Disappointing purchase experience.

I ordered boots that were advertised as Brand New in Box but received one lightly worn boot and one new. The used boot had a noticeable scuff, and they were packaged in an old box instead of the original. This shouldn't be labeled as new when it appears to be ex-display. Customer service was disappointing, simply suggesting I return them. I've always valued the company, but their lack of support is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Items received were not brand new!

I ordered a pair of boots advertised as Brand New in Box, but received one boot that looked slightly worn and another that was new. The used boot had a significant scuff on the toe that went through the leather. They were packaged in an old box instead of the original one. While it's not a huge issue, it shouldn't be labeled as new if it's ex-display. Customer service was lacking, with a dismissive attitude suggesting I just return them. I used to like the company, but I'm growing increasingly frustrated with their customer support.

Outstanding customer service.

I genuinely couldn't find fault with them. The customer service was absolutely excellent; within an hour of my initial email, everything was resolved, including my refund. I've seen many negative reviews, but the returns policy was straightforward and easy to navigate. They were quick, courteous, and approachable. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. I will definitely return to this service for future purchases.

Defective product experience.

I purchased a product last month, prior to the 25th. When I went to install it on the 25th, it didn’t work. I informed the company with photos, videos, and proof from the workshop where I tested it upon arrival, confirming it was faulty. I returned the item but have yet to receive clarity on my refund or a solution. Their email responses lack confidence, simply stating they are 'in contact with someone.' I do not recommend purchasing from this site. If a new product arrives defective and they can't even process a refund, I dread to think what would happen with warranty issues. This was my first experience with this platform, and it has been very disappointing. Please share this to prevent others from facing the same issue.

I bought a heated pair of gloves 10 months ago and returned them because one was malfunctioning. They replaced them with a new pair without any hassle. I use them regularly and will continue to do so.

I received really helpful and unbiased advice when purchasing my first decent helmet and bike security. I ended up with a great helmet without feeling pressured to spend more. Successful purchase experience.

I visited the store recently to buy new boots and inquired about replacement visors for an older helmet. The staff were very helpful in checking availability, and they even contacted their warehouse for stock. I received a call confirming the visor was ready for pickup, and it was fitted while I waited. Poor customer service regarding returns.

My son bought a helmet and gloves from the store, but the helmet was too large. After trying on other models, he chose one without proper fitting guidance. When he attempted to return it, he was told that refunds for helmets were not allowed. Although there was a small sign about this, it wasn't clearly communicated at the time of purchase. The staff's attitude was unhelpful, and I find it concerning that a poorly fitted helmet, which poses a safety risk, was sold without proper advice.
