Poor customer service regarding returns.

My son bought a helmet and gloves from the store, but the helmet was too large. After trying on other models, he chose one without proper fitting guidance. When he attempted to return it, he was told that refunds for helmets were not allowed. Although there was a small sign about this, it wasn't clearly communicated at the time of purchase. The staff's attitude was unhelpful, and I find it concerning that a poorly fitted helmet, which poses a safety risk, was sold without proper advice.
