Absolutely incredible customer service. There was an issue with my order, the helmet I ordered was the last in stock and on pre dispatch inspection it was found to be faulty. I was immediately contacted and they allowed me to pick a different helmet and also included a tinted visor. They kept me updated throughout the process and we're extremely helpful and friendly. The helmet and visor arrived the next day and is absolutely fantastic. I chose the Frank Thomas Alien helmet and it's incredible and very high quality. I highly recommend J&S to anyone!!
