Excellent customer service from Becki in the Nottingham branch today. Arrived with little or no expectation and was pleasantly surprised. She was patient, efficient and helped me get fully kitted out for my first motorbike lesson tomorrow and, as my hands were full with clothes and boots, carried my helmet to the car … just haven’t had service like that for years. Good to see some companies still employ decent staff!
