Ordered an IXS 2 piece leather motorcycle suit from J&S. Really happy with it and the customer service. Im small and small framed and ordered a 38 elsewhere assuming that it would be a bit bigger. No, the 38 drowned me. So i was looking for a childrens or small adults 36, but didnt want to order is it was going to be too big and the hassle of returning it. So i emailed the online customer support who gave me details but said that they didnt have it in the warehouse so information was scant, but it was at the Finedon store (i stay in Scotland). Emailed the Finedon store with my requests and dimensions. They were good and said that after looking at the suit, it would be perfect for my size/frame. On this advice i ordered. It arrived today. Fits well and very happy with it. Top marks for assistance and delivery. They could have said anything just to deliver and secure the sale and have my hassle to return. Will use again.
