Went to J&S Wolverhampton where we have been many times and spent a lot over the years. We have built up great rapport with the staff there, who have always gone above and beyond.Unfortunately after a recent visit, I doubt we will go again. We had 2 helmets price matched but they needed to be ordered in. They arrived just before we went away and were told they would hold them for us until we returned. When we went to collect the order, the price had changed, the Manager refused to honour the price match and was extremely sarcastic and rude. The deputy manager who had been serving me apologised for the Managers attitude. It takes time to build relationships with customers and the Manager managed to ruin it and lose over £800 of business for the sake of a few pounds difference!
