I've never had missing packages before. I reached out to the service and the representative, but they were unhelpful and told me to contact the shipping company, saying it wasn't their responsibility. I expected a more helpful response, but there was none. I'm really disappointed; maybe supporting a local company wasn't the best decision after all. After many emails and photos, they eventually found my package four days later, and it was delivered. Will I order again? Definitely not.
