Delivery Notification Issue

I received a notification that my shipment was delivered, but the evidence was just a blank photo. Clearly, I did not receive my package, and I had opted out of shipping protection—why is this necessary? I’ve never had issues with missing parcels before. I contacted the service and the representative, but they were unhelpful and directed me to deal with the shipping company, claiming it wasn't their responsibility. I expected a more proactive response, but received none. I'm quite disappointed; perhaps supporting a local company wasn't the best choice. After numerous emails and photos, the service eventually located my package four days later, and it was finally delivered. Will I order again? Absolutely not.

Caution to Buyers!

Disappointing Experience

I ordered a supplement and have seen no results at all. It arrived with incorrect labeling on how to take it, which the customer service confirmed they knew about. It's astonishing they sent it out without any correction. Supplements should be clearly labeled with proper instructions. I also provided feedback as requested, yet it hasn't been reflected on their heavily edited site of positive reviews.
