Clearly, I did not receive my package, and I had opted out of shipping protection—why is this necessary? I’ve never had issues with missing parcels before. I contacted the service and the representative, but they were unhelpful and directed me to deal with the shipping company, claiming it wasn't their responsibility. I expected a more proactive response, but received none. I'm quite disappointed; perhaps supporting a local company wasn't the best choice. After numerous emails and photos, the service eventually located my package four days later, and it was finally delivered. Will I order again? Absolutely not.
