The only issue I faced was with the company, waiting on the phone for 20 minutes only to be informed that I had called the wrong number, so I had to repeat the process. However, I was eventually connected with the support team, and we communicated via messaging. I sent a photo of the faulty item, a battery for my vacuum cleaner, and filled in the details in the afternoon. By the next morning, it was delivered to my door.
