Contacted D&G via online portal for a replacement magic remote as mine had a broken scroll wheel, and a new one was delivered to me by tracked post from JST just 36 hours later. I have used this service twice and they contact you within an hour after making a claim. They take their time to discuss the matter and provide advice on the broken product. The replacement arrives the next day unless it needs to be ordered, which then only takes a couple of days. I have had a very positive experience; the staff are friendly, delivery is quick, and everything is well-packaged.
