My recent flight was a total nightmare. While the service may look appealing, when issues arise, passengers are left stranded. After a flight diversion, we waited six hours for transportation, with no communication from the crew. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. This airline has shown a complete disregard for its passengers. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
