I have flown numerous times, but this has been the most disappointing experience. The staff were incredibly rude, showing no patience even for a moment to check a bag. I would be shocked if anyone continues to use this airline.

After returning from a trip, I discovered my vehicle was towed for mistakenly parking in the valet area. The signage was unclear, and no courtesy warning was given. Their decision to remove the vehicle without communication was shocking and disappointing.
I have traveled with the service many times over the years, but I can no longer continue due to the parking situation at the current location. It’s nonexistent, making it extremely difficult for someone living in the mountains to get rideshare or a taxi. Very disappointing for a loyal customer.
