I wish I could say my experience was positive! My husband booked this airline thinking it was top-notch. However, I faced multiple delays and ultimately a flight cancellation that ruined my plans. The alternative flight offered was cheaper, and I was frustrated by their inability to provide a refund for the price difference. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I won't be flying with them again.
