This delivery service has been the most disappointing I've encountered in the region. I wasted time due to their false delivery updates and misleading information. Customer support is unprofessional and very hard to reach. When I finally got through, there was no clear solution or accountability. This experience was incredibly frustrating. I cannot recommend this service, and companies should reconsider using them if they care about customer satisfaction.
