أسوأ تجربة توصيل مرّت عليّ.
شحنتي كان المفروض توصلني من ثلاثة أيام، وكل يوم السائق يستلمها ثم يرجّعها للمخزن لأن “موقعي مش على طريقه”!
المشكلة تكررت ثلاث مرات بدون أي متابعة أو مسؤول يهتم.
تواصلت مع السائق وقال إنه راح يوصلها آخر اليوم… وفي النهاية اعتذر وقال إن مكاني بعيد وسيأجلها لليوم اللي بعده!
لو قال من البداية كنت رحت استلمها بنفسي بدل هالتأخير والاستهتار.
لا يوجد أي أرقام للتواصل مع مشرفين أو مدراء، ولا أي احترافية في التعامل.
بصراحة… مستوى الخدمة سيئ جدًا وغير مقبول إطلاقًا. ما أنصح أحد يتعامل معهم
One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had.
My shipment was supposed to arrive three days ago, yet every day the driver picks it up and then returns it to the warehouse because “my location isn’t on his way.”
This happened three times with absolutely no follow-up or responsibility from the company.
I contacted the driver and he promised to deliver it by the end of the day, but later he said my location is “too far” and postponed it to the next day.
Had he said this from the beginning, I would’ve gone to the warehouse myself instead of dealing with all this delay and negligence.
There are no contact numbers for supervisors or managers, and the customer service is completely unprofessional.
Honestly… the service is extremely poor and completely unacceptable. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company.

Extremely disappointing delivery service

The delivery service I encountered was the worst I've experienced in the region. I faced numerous issues with false updates and misleading information. Customer support was lacking and unprofessional, making it hard to reach them. When I finally managed to contact them, there was no clear resolution. This was both frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this delivery service at all. Companies should think twice before using them if they value customer satisfaction.

One of the worst delivery services

This delivery service has been the most disappointing I've encountered in the region. I wasted time due to their false delivery updates and misleading information. Customer support is unprofessional and very hard to reach. When I finally got through, there was no clear solution or accountability. This experience was incredibly frustrating. Avoid this courier service

I had the worst experience with this courier. Delays of 2-3 days are typical, but this time my order has been missing for nearly 2 weeks. I contacted customer service multiple times, and they kept assuring me that my parcel would arrive the next day and that my complaint was escalated. However, no action has been taken. The drivers do not communicate with me and falsely report that I was unresponsive or requested a reschedule, which is completely untrue. No one has reached out to me at all. They don't even deserve a single star. I hope businesses stop using this service to spare customers from further frustration.

Package delayed for days

This courier service is the worst! My package was delayed for five days, and they kept rescheduling without consulting me. They refuse to take responsibility for delays, only rescheduling without explanation. I called multiple times, and everyone lied about delivery, but nothing arrived by the promised date. Truly the worst courier service.

I submitted a return request a week ago, but the driver never showed up or contacted me. Their contact numbers are out of service, and no one responds on messaging platforms. This is the worst delivery company I've dealt with.

Terrible service experience

This company has been the worst I've dealt with in the region. Orders are consistently problematic, and when I do reach out, the response is unhelpful and impolite. They seem indifferent to customer urgency. I wish I could rate them zero stars, as even one is too generous. The only positive experience was with one polite employee at the local station.
