I've been waiting over a week for my delivery and have called customer service daily, over 30 times. They always say it will arrive tomorrow, but it hasn't. I need this delivery in the morning due to my work schedule, and the delivery person refuses to come when requested. I've contacted them numerous times with no response. The lack of customer service is unacceptable.
