The credit card company confirmed that stores know if an order is shipped and a customer refuses delivery, leaving no recourse. They shipped it despite my wishes, and when I declined it, the treatment I received was harsh. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, but was later informed that the service had already initiated a return. They withheld this information during our discussions, leading to a very frustrating situation for me.
