As a widow living with ‘Congestive Heart Failure’, I struggle to manage on my limited Government pension. This year, I wanted to order a package of oil-filled gel caps for Hanukkah, despite my tight budget. I was worried when they didn't arrive by the end of November, but felt devastated to receive an email stating they were lost in the mail and a replacement would be sent. Unfortunately, it didn’t arrive in time for Hanukkah and will now have to wait for next year. I’m uncertain if I’ll still be here to enjoy them, but I hope someone else will. Given the circumstances, I’m surprised that my payment was retained. I’ll keep the package, but I’m very disappointed. With rising costs, I find it hard to order much anymore, and essentials like this should be available to Seniors at a more affordable price. I hope this feedback encourages improvement in the future.
I placed an order in November of 2024 and have yet to receive it. The company has refused to issue a refund or send a replacement despite my numerous requests. The package appears to be lost, but they insist they need an update from the shipping company, which has not communicated anything for over a year. The customer service representatives have been dismissive, rude, or have completely ignored my inquiries. I usually avoid conflict, but this situation is simply unacceptable.
I bought a necklace as a gift, and it tarnished immediately after one evening of wear. I reached out to the support team and received an automated response about Sabbath hours. When I followed up, I was told it tarnished due to factors like perfume, which my husband does not use. I asked for a return label and a full refund but was only offered a partial refund for the chain. I declined, wanting to return the entire item. The representative then suggested I send the star back without a return label or return shipping costs covered. It feels unreasonable to pay for shipping when the quality is clearly subpar. I advise against purchasing jewelry from them.
I gifted a necklace for Hanukkah, and after just one evening of wear, the chain tarnished. I reached out for assistance, but received an automated reply about being closed for Sabbath. When I followed up, I was told it tarnished due to factors like perfume, which my husband doesn't use. I asked for a return label and refund but was only offered a partial refund for the chain. I declined and requested to return the whole item. The representative suggested sending the star back at my own expense without providing a return label. This seems unreasonable given the poor quality of the chain. I recommend avoiding jewelry purchases from them.
The service kept making excuses for the late shipment of my order, which took 13 business days instead of the promised 2-4 days. When I mentioned wanting to cancel, they shipped it out anyway. The credit card company confirmed that stores know if an order is shipped and a customer refuses delivery, leaving no recourse. They shipped it despite my wishes, and when I declined it, the treatment I received was harsh. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, but was later informed that the service had already initiated a return. They withheld this information during our discussions, leading to a very frustrating situation for me.
