I placed an order in November of 2024 and have yet to receive it. The company has refused to issue a refund or send a replacement despite my numerous requests. The package appears to be lost, but they insist they need an update from the shipping company, which has not communicated anything for over a year. The customer service representatives have been dismissive, rude, or have completely ignored my inquiries. I usually avoid conflict, but this situation is simply unacceptable.
