Awful and unprofessional. Took well over a year to sort a lease extension.... Contact difficult and expensive. Avoid.... Their response to this post was to ask me to contact them to 'look into' it. What on earth for. It's dealt with, poorly, but dealt with. There's nothing they can do now.... Signs... Just avoid....
