We are on the top of a long chain where these conveyancing solicitors here are acting for a first-time buyer. The FTB has no idea where to send their deposit so a six-household chain has been held up for over a week as no funds have been deposited. These solicitors rarely answer emails or communicate regularly.

I moved into my flat on 14th December. Judge and Priestly paid my service charge to the incorrect company. It’s now 6 months later and despite me chasing numerous times it still hasn’t been resolved! Now having sent another email to chase this up I have been told by the company that they “don’t want to insult my intelligence”!! Wouldn't recommend this company unless you’re looking for basic incompetence and to be insulted.
