This platform claims to promote transparency, yet the reality doesn’t match the messaging.
Companies are given awards and “100% transparency” badges for publishing all verified reviews, while still being allowed to remove verified negative reviews without any impact on their score. That completely undermines the purpose of a review platform for consumers. If criticism can be curated while a company retains a perfect transparency rating, the badge becomes meaningless.
To make matters worse, the support chat appears to be AI-run and closes conversations without properly addressing reasonable questions. There’s no clear accountability or explanation when issues like removed verified reviews are raised.
The idea behind the platform is good, but the execution prioritises appearances over genuine trust. As a consumer, that’s disappointing.
