I ordered two hats and paid for the extra two day shipping for $100 extra and I didn’t receive it until five days later. When I asked for a refund because they did not honor their policy, they said they don’t work on weekends and if I wanted overnight, I should’ve paid for FedEx overnight. I told them there was no option for overnight and 2 day shipping was the earliest shipping offered which I paid $100 extra dollars, which is more than double for a FedEx charge for overnight service. Nowhere did it say on their site that they do not work weekends and that the shipping would not start until the first business day. Even if they didn’t work on weekends, they still did not get it to me within the two days as promised and all they had was excuses. Do not order from them! They have the worst customer service ever and overcharge for their lack of quality on their product. Buyer beware! Such a disappointment!
