I ordered two hats and paid an extra $100 for expedited two-day shipping, but they arrived five days late. When I sought a refund due to their failure to comply with their policy, I was informed that they do not operate on weekends and that I should have selected overnight shipping, which was not an option. I pointed out that two-day shipping was the earliest choice available, for which I paid significantly more. There was no mention on their site that weekends were excluded, and even considering that, they still failed to deliver on time, providing only excuses. I strongly recommend against ordering from them! Their customer service is the worst, and they charge excessively for poor quality. A major letdown!
