Shipping details on the website were incorrect. I ordered the pew and it said it would be ready to ship in July. I ordered after that date as a gift. It took almost a month to even ship my items. Never even left the facility. If you’re going to use the excuse “well our shipping partners are backed up” save it. It’s not difficult to update a description on a website. I emailed customer service and never heard a word back. I also tried calling customer service, but it was outside of your ridiculous hours. We just got our cups this weekend, finally after over a month, and I’m so displeased with JUGGY and the lack of customer service or sense of urgency to respond to anything. It’s a cup, it holds liquid, so I guess in theory the product works but the company could use some help.
