I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I specifically ordered this item because it was advertised as arriving before Christmas, which was the entire reason for buying it. Now I’ve been informed that the package will not arrive in time, completely defeating the purpose of the order.
This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and because of the misleading delivery promise, I’m now left without a present. Advertising guaranteed or expected holiday delivery when you cannot meet that timeline is very frustrating and misleading.
I would not have ordered from this seller if accurate shipping information had been provided. I do not recommend purchasing from here if you are relying on promised delivery dates, especially for time-sensitive orders like holidays.

I’ve purchased several cups and loved them, so I decided to preorder another. The order confirmation stated delivery would be in mid-November, but I received no updates. When I contacted support, I was informed it wouldn’t ship until December. I expressed my frustration about the missed timeline, but they didn't respond. I followed up again in December, yet still received no reply. The lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating, and the customer service has been lacking.
I received a 40 oz jug last week and I'm not impressed. It doesn't keep items cold for long—maybe 2 to 4 hours. I've purchased generic 40 oz tumblers from another site that perform much better at a lower price. I won't be buying from this seller again; it's not worth the money.
