I purchased a pre-order so I knew it would not be shipping right away. That's fine. I got notification that the shipping label was created and it was waiting for USPS to pick up on the 31st of July. As of August 9th it still says label created awaiting pickup. I've contacted customer service and haven't heard back yet. I keep getting surveys asking how the company did but I haven't received any product so I couldn't give you a valid survey as of today
