The cups ended up being every bit of wonderful that was expected.The timeframe to receive pushed out so far we had made a move to a new location, and even though I contacted the company several weeks prior and recieved confirmation that my address was updated, it shipped to the old address. Customer service did reach out to correct the issue for the first cup. And for that i am grateful. However one of the cups is still yet to ship. Both items were gifts for my realtors, ordered in March. Im hoping that the 2nd item will arrive soon now that its almost June. .
