I bought two cups. The nursing cup and the realtor cup. I will start out by saying I LOVE MY CUPS! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I didn't receive my charms that were supposed to come with my REALTOR cup. This was even after I had a complaint about how long it was taking for me to receive my products. When I voiced my concern, JUGGY got right on it and got my order sent out, even refunding shipping and promising me a free gift. I received the free gift, but not the charms that were supposed to come with my order.
