I purchased a pre-order cup since it was the perfect cup for me. I purchased this in February (2/23) and I should have received this cup in middle of April. After not receiving the cup, I contacted the company on 4/16 and they stated that it was delay. A delay that they didn't even communicate until AFTER I have contacted them questioning about my cup (4/19). Then they said I would get the cup between 5/1 & 5/4. It is now 5/7, and although I have a tracking number as of 4/30/2025, the cup still has not shipped. All it says is that the post office is awaiting the item and no one has responded to my inquiry as of yet today!! I'm just not feeling the customer service and am very disappointed with this company. I will not be ordering from this company again.
