I ordered one, I didn’t receive it.i reached out to juggy to find out what was going on. They said they sent it and basically once they send it, it’s no longer their problem. If you didn’t pay for shipping insurance, I could swear I checked the box for the insurance but I can’t prove I did, I left a review. And they have reached out to me about how they can make it right, they said if I revised my review they will send me a 50% off coupon to order me another, they feel that will be fair to both parties involved, on one hand I can see where they feel like that’s fair, on the other hand, what if I once again purchase from them, even with 50%off and don’t receive it again.? So I suppose this is me revising my review to say this…. If I ever receive the juggy I paid for then I’ll be happy to write a review about the product and customer service I received.
