The cup is beautiful and it works great. It came within three days which I wasn't expecting it so fast. I also got the crossbody bag for half off and I absolutely love it! It's a great size but holds so much and has card holders, key holder and some room for other items. I can't wait to use it. I will buy from Juggy again for sure!
