Timely processing and shipping. I've only used it once so far but design and quality seem to be very good. I like the fact that it comes with a flexible 45° angle rubber extension for the stainless steel straw and a rubber nonskid bottom. The lid has a separate straw hole and a drink hole that snap tight when not in use. I can honestly recommend the 40 oz. R2H2O and Wednesday cups.
