I ordered 2 tumblers. The first came without a straw (still trying to get resolved). Then the 2nd came 2 months later with a different style lid than I ordered. I was promised both would be delivered in time for Christmas. I understand things happen and accepted the delay. They promised 50% off next order and a refund store credit for the tumbler that was delayed. I still haven't received that.
