The customer support is extremely poor! I ordered a tracksuit for my mother's birthday and it was stolen. The delivery service responded quickly, but told me to reach out to the company for a replacement. However, it's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone! I really needed this before the holidays, and it doesn't seem like I'll receive a reply anytime soon. They seriously need to improve their customer service! I just want a refund!
