As a long-time customer, I’m really disappointed. I emailed asking to purchase a new aglet as proof of purchase, but they said they couldn't assist me. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this is where I draw the line. Why should I have to buy an entirely new tracksuit for £200 when they could just send me the replacement aglet? I didn’t ask for freebies; I offered to pay, yet they refused despite my proof of payment.
