Really appalled with the customer service at Juicy. I sent back a pair juicy velor 'scorpio' velour tracksuit bottoms which were incorrectly labelled as 'scorpio' which were in fact 'libra' I posted the trousers tracked on the 31/12/24 and juicy say they have no record of the trousers arriving. I have not sent numerous times a screen shot of the receipt - postage was tracked thank goodness, which they say was blurry so enlarged it and not blurry at all!! And still no reply. I only wanted the trousers exchanged for 'scorpio' and to a larger size. What is wrong with their customer service - it is 24/1/25 now and still not any closer to a response. So surprised that such a well know brand has such a shocking customer service. I even had to pay for my own postage back even though it was JC fault - cost £9.35. Re:£80 velour 'scorpio' trousers please exchange for a medium if you read this.
