Ordered a tracksuit at £160 but only received the bottoms and not the top. Chased customer service for days and all I have had is a reply showing tracking saying order delivered, which yes it has been, but with a missing item. The lack of personality & manners in the one email I have received is unacceptable. There is no other way to contact as no phone number. Reading reviews on here I am very worried that I will never get a response to sort this issue. Of course if I hear that a refund has been issued I would change my review on here because I appreciate that mistakes do happen, but it is how they are resolved that is the key to return customers. If anybody from juicy sees this & wishes to look into it then my order number is 96317, thanks.
