The customer service is extremely disappointing! I ordered a tracksuit for my mother's birthday and Christmas, but it has been stolen. The delivery service responded quickly, advising me to contact the company for a replacement. However, reaching anyone is nearly impossible! I urgently needed this before Christmas, and it seems unlikely I'll receive any response by then! They really need to improve their customer service. All I want is a refund!
