Poor customer service experience.
Returned a pair of flip flops that were too small, ordered in size 7 but received size 6 and a half. Requested a refund via email but have not received it, and instead, I've been sent emails asking about my satisfaction with the resolution, which has not been provided. They have my money, and I may need to seek assistance for a chargeback soon.
