There’s no customer service to assist. Be cautious when placing an order as they take your money but offer no help. I have sent nearly 10 emails without receiving a satisfactory reply. They sent me the wrong size but insisted I ordered it. I reached out the next day, yet they didn’t respond for over a week after the parcel was shipped. They also raise their prices and stop shipping to certain countries without notifying when they will resume. One day I couldn’t ship to my country, and the next day I could, but customer service contradicted that. I also faced a $50 price increase on an item and requested they honor the original price when I intended to place my order. I provided a screenshot as proof, but they claimed it wasn’t accurate. I genuinely feel let down by this company and advise against ordering.
