Let down by delivery and customer service.

I was let down by the delivery, which wasn't next day as I paid for. I might have overlooked this since it was Christmas, but I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. After wearing the item twice, the material started to bobble! I was advised to contact the company, but they were unwilling to provide a refund or accept a return. Another representative stated that since it wasn't purchased directly from them, they couldn't assist. I find this response from the company to be very disappointing.

Disappointing Experience with Delivery

I ordered nearly £200 worth of items and paid for next day delivery. I only received a confirmation email, but two days later, there was still no dispatch email. After waiting a long time on the phone to reach customer service, I was told to expect a tracking email at 6pm, which never arrived. I'm not satisfied and doubt the items will arrive. Spending £6 for next day delivery feels unprofessional. I would recommend steering clear.

Purchased a hoodie and was pleasantly surprised

Purchased a hoodie and it arrived three days later. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in its box, and upon opening it, the hoodie was wrapped in tissue paper, which felt special. I will definitely shop with this company again!

Lack of customer support – proceed with caution when ordering

There is a complete absence of customer support. Be cautious when placing an order, as they take your money but provide no assistance whatsoever. I have sent nearly 10 emails without receiving a satisfactory reply. They sent me the wrong size but insisted that I had ordered it. I reached out the next day, yet it took over a week for them to respond, and that was after the parcel had already shipped. Additionally, they have raised their prices and stopped shipping to specific countries without notifying customers when they might resume. One day I could not ship to my country, but the next day I could, despite customer service stating otherwise. I also faced a $50 price hike on the item and requested they honor the original price at the time I wanted to place my order. I provided a screenshot as proof, but they claimed it was incorrect. I genuinely feel let down by this service and would recommend against placing an order.

Awful service

Awful service. I placed an order on Saturday and needed to cancel it, so I emailed just 5 minutes later. On Monday, I spent over 3 hours trying to reach someone to follow up on my email, but no one answered the phone. I finally gave up after 3 hours and 10 minutes. I even attempted to email their press and editor contacts, but both emails bounced back. The item has now been dispatched despite my cancellation request, so I’ll have to deal with receiving it, returning it, and waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointing—I do not recommend this company and will not use them again.

Will not use again

An error on my side led to a late return request. (I had already bought the correct size replacement from them due to time constraints.) Even though the items are still available on their site, they refused to offer any assistance, not even an exchange for the correct size or a credit note. I certainly won’t be using them again and recommend that others think twice; I’m sure their competitors would have provided help in similar circumstances.
