Awful service. I placed an order on Saturday and needed to cancel it, so I emailed just 5 minutes later. On Monday, I spent over 3 hours trying to reach someone to follow up on my email, but no one answered the phone. I finally gave up after 3 hours and 10 minutes. I even attempted to email their press and editor contacts, but both emails bounced back. The item has now been dispatched despite my cancellation request, so I’ll have to deal with receiving it, returning it, and waiting for a refund. Extremely disappointing—I do not recommend this company and will not use them again.
