There is a complete absence of customer support. Be cautious when placing an order, as they take your money but provide no assistance whatsoever. I have sent nearly 10 emails without receiving a satisfactory reply. They sent me the wrong size but insisted that I had ordered it. I reached out the next day, yet it took over a week for them to respond, and that was after the parcel had already shipped. Additionally, they have raised their prices and stopped shipping to specific countries without notifying customers when they might resume. One day I could not ship to my country, but the next day I could, despite customer service stating otherwise. I also faced a $50 price hike on the item and requested they honor the original price at the time I wanted to place my order. I provided a screenshot as proof, but they claimed it was incorrect. I genuinely feel let down by this service and would recommend against placing an order.
