Ordered KS Othello plus 4 pillowcases, arrived, washed and ironed to find duvet cover badly flawed. Emailed, offered replacement which I declined, sent return label, returned item 16.02.26, refund not till 26.02.26, then had to ask for my postage to be refunded which I thought would be standard. Still awaiting the £4.95 for that. I have bought Julian Charles bedding for years from the branches and online during covid, always been superb, however I feel quality now poor as is customer service and amount of time to get refund. No compensation considering I had washed and ironed the product. Purchased Sanderson bedding from Bedeck of Belfast what a great experience in quality and service. Sorry but had to be one star.
