Ordered KS Othello plus 4 pillowcases, arrived, washed and ironed to find duvet cover badly flawed. Emailed, offered replacement which I declined, sent return label, returned item 16.02.26, refund not till 26.02.26, then had to ask for my postage to be refunded which I thought would be standard. Still awaiting the £4.95 for that. I have bought Julian Charles bedding for years from the branches and online during covid, always been superb, however I feel quality now poor as is customer service and amount of time to get refund. No compensation considering I had washed and ironed the product. Purchased Sanderson bedding from Bedeck of Belfast what a great experience in quality and service. Sorry but had to be one star.
Excellent, as always, which is why I’m a repeat shopper with Julian Charles. The bedding is gorgeous, especially the super soft sheets, which stay soft after washing. Lovely choice of items at very reasonable prices. Would recommend to anyone.
I've been waiting for my order, but only 1 out of 5 items arrived! Two items are missing from the first shipment, and the second seems lost. The delivery service can't locate it. I've emailed customer support twice with no response. It's unacceptable to have no customer service number other than email, which goes unanswered. Extremely dissatisfied.
I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent order. Half of it was cancelled despite having paid for all the items, and I didn't receive a refund for the item that was cancelled due to overselling until two weeks later. I expected far more from this company. I reached out to the support team I purchased from, but they didn't even bother to respond. I will not be ordering again, and I’ve been a customer for many years!
My parcel arrived damaged during transit and was resealed. Upon opening, everything was fine except for the pillows, which were dirty and ripped. I contacted customer support, and they planned to send replacements, but they were out of stock. I received a refund instead of the pillows. The items were packed in an overloaded bag, which caused the damage. I was disappointed not to receive my pillows.
