I bought luggage based on their advertised “100-day returns to decide if it’s right for you.” When I attempted to return within that timeframe, they denied it, claiming the product had to be completely unused—despite their marketing suggesting otherwise. Other brands allow trial use. I find their return policy misleading and poorly executed. Additionally, the luggage is poorly made and heavy. I advise avoiding this brand entirely!
