I had a problem with the new Caselock on my new Medium Checkin luggage. I emailed July and within 3 days a replacement was on it's way. I have a July carry-on and knew the products to be excellent quality, attractive and easy to use. I now know the products are backed up with exceptional Customer Service!!

I live in Canada and purchased two items: a carry-on and a carry-on essential. I kept the carry-on essential and returned the carry-on. Unfortunately, my return is stuck in customs, and I received forms from the courier to fill out. I’ve been trying to contact customer service for assistance, but they haven’t responded. This situation is very frustrating, and I have no idea when it will be resolved.
I purchased a trunk just over a year ago and a cabin bag recently. I encountered a warranty issue with the trunk on a trip, and the customer support was top-notch. A few uploaded videos and a quick review, and everything was resolved. They promptly offered a suitable replacement or gift card. The product is fantastic, but the customer service is equally impressive. Thank you for the great experience.
I bought luggage based on their advertised “100-day returns to decide if it’s right for you.” When I attempted to return within that timeframe, they denied it, claiming the product had to be completely unused—despite their marketing suggesting otherwise. Other brands allow trial use. I find their return policy misleading and poorly executed. Additionally, the luggage is poorly made and heavy. I advise avoiding this brand entirely!

I have recommended several friends to visit that location for the same purchase, as I was highly impressed with the product and the brand.
