Writing this whilst sat in the ‘so called’ shuttle on the way back from the airport. I’ll start with the initial drop off which was not what we expected. You are asked to park your car in a nightclub car park and despite them advertising it on their website you cannot leave your keys. They then move your car to.. somewhere else.. whilst I’m not actually sure where because you don’t get to see. Is it 24/7 security? Are there cameras as advertised? Is there secure fencing and lighting? Who knows. The car park is 30 mins away from Heathrow - not 15/20 minutes as advertised - and that’s with zero traffic and no other drop offs. Upon arriving we had to wait 15 minutes for another couple to arrive before we got into a banged up van with stained seats, crumbs and sticky sweets all over. The trip in total took well over 1 hour, more like 1.5 hours (he dropped the other couple off first despite our flight being earlier). We’ve just finished our holiday and followed the instructions by calling after collecting our luggage to be told that the driving was just returning from another pick up and he’ll be 40-50 minutes. 1 hour later I heard nothing so called again to be told the driver would call me, after a few more phone calls and texts exchanged he eventually turned up. Currently sat in another banged up ‘shuttle’ which is a regular car and so far the driver has had 3 aggressive sounding conversations in Indian without saying a word to us, whilst driving like a mad man weaving in out and out of traffic.
